Approach lines of OHL 110 kV at Substation 500 kV ‘Svyatogor’

OHL 110 kV, approach line of OHL 110 kV at Substation 500 kV ‘Svyatogor’, Khanty-Mansiyskiy region, Yugra

After building of new section of OHL 110 kV and approach line of OHL 110 kV, substation 500 kV Svyatogor connect to network 110 kV:

  1. OHL 110 kV Magistralnaya – Svyatogor (1 circuit) with tap at substation 110 kV Yuzhniy Balyk and substation 110 kV Malobalykskaya;
  2. OHL 110 kV Magistralnaya – Svyatogor (2 circuit) with tap at substation 110 kV Malobalykskaya;
  3. OHL 110 kV Magistralnaya – Svyatogor (4 circuit) with tap at substation 110 kV Yuzhniy Balyk;
  4. OHL 110 kV Petelinskaya – Svyatogor;
  5. OHL 110 kV Svyatogor – Petelinskiy (Siberia) (1 circuit);
  6. OHL 110 kV Svyatogor – Petelinskiy (Siberia) (2 circuit);
  7. OHL 110 kV Svyatogor – Sredniy Balyk (1 circuit) with tap at substation 110 kV Rechnaya;
  8. OHL 110 kV Svyatogor – Sredniy Balyk (2 circuit) with tap at substation 110 kV Rechnaya;

After building of new section and tap OHL 110 kV substation 110 kV, PP Petelinskiy (substation 110 kV Siberia) connect to network 110 kV:

  1. OHL 110 kV Svyatogor – Petelinskiy (Siberia) (1 circuit);
  2. OHL 110 kV Svyatogor – Petelinskiy (Siberia) (2 circuit);
  3. OHL 110 kV Pravdinskaya – Petelinskiy (Siberia) with taps at substation 110 kV Teplovskaya and substation 110 kV Mushkino;
  4. OHL 110 kV Petelinskiy (Siberia) – Poykovskaya with tap at substation 110 kV Teplovskaya.

Special conditions for the construction of OHL 110 kV include:

  • hard climate of region;
  • presence of soils that have seasonal freezing and thawing;
  • presence of thawed soils;
  • presence of heaving soils;
  • poor drainage of the territory, stagnation of atmospheric precipitation in the soil and its flooding in the spring and summer high water.

Depth of seasonal freezing and thawing zone varies from 0,5 to 3,5 m.

Since the routes are located in hard weather conditions, project provides the use of special conditions for the metal support structures of OHL 110 kV and for types of foundations and material of reinforced concrete structures. Depending on the size of existing loads and ground conditions foundations for each rack, supports of the OHL 110 kV are made single-pile, two-pile and four-pile.
